1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Senad Tutoring Center platform, website, mobile applications, tools, payment system, and related services (together, the "Platform" or "Services").
By creating an account, booking a lesson, teaching on the Platform, or otherwise using our Services, you (whether a student, parent, guardian, tutor, or other user) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Senad Tutoring Center is an online marketplace that connects students with independent tutors across a wide range of subjects. We provide the technology, booking tools, communication features, and secure payment system that make online tutoring possible.
Lessons are delivered by independent tutors, not by Senad. We are not a school, and we do not employ the tutors listed on the Platform. Senad does not guarantee any particular academic result.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Students under 18 may use the Platform only with the involvement, permission, and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and not to impersonate any person or organization.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and login details confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access, password compromise, or misuse of your account. Senad is not liable for loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials safe, except where caused by our own proven negligence.
5. Booking Lessons
Students can browse tutors and book lessons based on subject, price, availability, and reviews. When you book a lesson, you enter into a direct arrangement with that tutor for the session.
Lessons are delivered online using the tools provided on the Platform. Both students and tutors agree to attend booked lessons on time and to behave professionally.
6. Free First Lesson
Many tutors offer a free first lesson so you can decide whether they are the right fit. If a tutor is not right for you, you are free to try another tutor at no extra cost.
7. Fees, Payments, and Wallet
Payments for paid lessons are made securely through the Platform. When you pay for a lesson, your money is held safely in your Senad wallet and is only released to the tutor after the lesson has taken place. This protects both students and tutors.
Applicable taxes, bank charges, and payment gateway fees may apply. Where third-party payment processors are used, their separate terms may also apply.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled in line with the tutor's cancellation policy shown on their profile. If a paid lesson does not take place because of the tutor, you may request a refund to your wallet.
If a dispute arises about a lesson, both parties agree to first try to resolve it in good faith. Senad may review the matter and make a reasonable decision about the release or refund of held funds.
9. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors agree to teach the subjects listed on their profile, to be punctual and professional, to give honest information about their skills and experience, and to comply with all applicable laws.
Tutors are independent providers. They are responsible for their own taxes, qualifications, and the quality of the lessons they deliver.
10. Student and Parent Responsibilities
Students, parents, and guardians agree to attend booked lessons on time, to treat tutors with respect, to supervise minors appropriately, and to use the Platform honestly and lawfully.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not:
- use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
- harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users;
- arrange payments outside the Platform to avoid fees or protections;
- upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful files;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform without written permission.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.
12. Reviews and User Content
Students may leave honest reviews based on real lessons. Reviews and other content must be fair, truthful, and lawful. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or breaks these Terms.
13. Child and Student Data
We recognize that tutoring may involve information about minors. Parents, guardians, and tutors must handle student data with care. Where a student is under 18, the parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring lawful and appropriate use of the Platform, including any required consents.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the Senad name, logo, design, software, and features, belongs to Senad Tutoring Center or its licensors. Lesson materials created by a tutor remain the property of that tutor.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
15. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on third-party services such as payment providers, video tools, hosting, and communication services. We are not responsible for the acts, failures, fees, or policies of these third parties, and their separate terms may apply.
16. Availability and Maintenance
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senad disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and any guarantee of a specific academic, financial, or learning outcome.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability relating to the Platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to Senad in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senad and its team from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your unlawful content or conduct, or disputes between you and other users.
20. Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where fees are unpaid, where these Terms are broken, where continued access creates legal or security risk, or where required by law.
21. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Senad Tutoring Center operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection laws that may apply to you.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
